This policy describes how Datavergence, the operator of Jarvis, handles information for the private Jarvis SMS service.
Information we collect
When an invited adult participant opts in to or uses Jarvis, we may process the participant's mobile phone number, opt-in and opt-out records, messages sent to Jarvis, assistant replies, requested reminder settings, delivery records, timestamps, and technical or security logs needed to operate and protect the service.
How we use information
We use information to provide requested assistant conversations and informational reminders, maintain context and messaging preferences, document consent, prevent abuse, troubleshoot delivery, protect the service, and comply with applicable legal or carrier requirements. We do not use SMS content for advertising.
Service providers
We may provide limited information to messaging, AI model, hosting, and infrastructure providers only as needed to process a participant's request, operate Jarvis, or deliver a message. These providers process information on our behalf and are not authorized to use mobile information or SMS consent for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
SMS frequency and charges
Jarvis SMS message frequency varies based on participant interactions and requested notifications. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for help.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, preserve requested context, maintain consent and compliance records, investigate misuse, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
Reply STOP to end SMS messages. You may contact us to ask about your information or request correction or deletion, subject to limited records we must retain for security, compliance, or legal reasons.
