SMS Terms and Conditions
Program description
Jarvis is a private, invitation-only SMS chief-of-staff service operated by Datavergence for two adult household principals. Participants may ask questions and request planning help, calendar and weather summaries, scheduling coordination, and informational reminders. Jarvis does not send marketing, advertising, lead-generation, affiliate, emergency, or third-party promotional messages.
Enrollment and consent
After receiving a personal invitation verbally or by email, a participant may review the public Jarvis SMS opt-in page and voluntarily text START to +1 (608) 708-6379. By texting START, the participant authorizes Jarvis to send recurring AI-assisted conversational replies and requested informational reminders to that mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchase. An invitation alone does not create consent.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on participant questions, requests, and requested notifications. Message and data rates may apply according to the participant's wireless plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP at any time to opt out. After sending STOP, the participant may receive one confirmation and will receive no further Jarvis messages unless the participant opts in again by texting START. Reply HELP for help or email support@datavergence.com.
Eligibility and acceptable use
Participants must be invited adults and authorized to use the mobile number they enroll. They may not use Jarvis for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or emergency purposes. Access may be suspended to protect participants, providers, or the service.
AI-assisted responses
Jarvis responses may be incomplete or incorrect. Jarvis is not an emergency service and does not replace professional medical, legal, financial, safety, or emergency advice. Participants remain responsible for reviewing information before acting on it.
Privacy
Participation is governed by the Jarvis Privacy Policy. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions about the SMS program may be sent to support@datavergence.com.
